WHY CHOOSE YTC
Specialist depth.
Practical project strength.
Choose a CO₂ recovery partner whose engineering approach, equipment knowledge and references match the project you need to build.

YTC ADVANTAGE / 01
A recovery specialist, from source to liquid
CO₂ recovery is the centre of our engineering work. We consider collection, washing, compression, adsorption, liquefaction, storage and controls together, including the interfaces between individual units.
The project begins with a defined source envelope. From there, we can align the collection arrangement, treatment stages, utilities, product handling and controls. A connected supply scope reduces the chance that a critical interface is left between separate equipment packages.

YTC ADVANTAGE / 02
Food-grade quality with a measurable basis
Our selected brewery sample reports show CO₂ above 99.999 vol%. For your project, we define source contaminants, oxygen, moisture, sulfur compounds, sampling and handling against your actual acceptance specification. Sample results apply to the tested samples.
Review the submitted sample results, then agree the analytes and methods for your own product. Make acceptance measurable at the actual delivery point, including the storage and handling conditions that follow the recovery process.

YTC ADVANTAGE / 03
Experience across a wide capacity range
Our portfolio spans 80–20,000 kg/h, from small brewery recovery systems and equipment retrofits to the nominal 150,000 t/year COFCO project. Explore our references by source, scale and supply scope to find the experience most relevant to your project.
Our full reference register retains the original project IDs and identifies different phases and retrofit work. This makes it possible to find experience that is relevant to your throughput, feed source and commercial model.

YTC ADVANTAGE / 04
Practical ideas for energy and resource use
Our patent archive covers energy-saving recovery, cold recovery, oxygen reduction, heat exchange, water-saving scrubbing and equipment protection. We review the applicable concepts against your utility balance and put project-specific consumption commitments in the agreed proposal. Ownership notes remain available with each patent record.
The technical portfolio is most useful when it answers a project question. A cold-recovery option, for example, needs a compatible cooling demand; a heat-recovery option needs matching temperature and operating hours. The site balance determines the benefit.

YTC ADVANTAGE / 05
Engineering, manufacturing and controls together
We have more than 100 employees, including over 45 engineers and technicians, and 15,000 m² of manufacturing premises. We coordinate process, mechanical, electrical and control requirements around one equipment list, control philosophy and inspection plan.
Agree drawings, material requirements, instrument selection, inspection records and test boundaries early. A multidisciplinary team can then coordinate how the mechanical package, electrical system and operator interface are delivered together.

YTC ADVANTAGE / 06
Support beyond equipment delivery
A useful plant handover includes drawings, operating documentation, commissioning support, operator training and a spare-parts strategy. Our service scope connects project definition with installation guidance and lifecycle support, with responsibilities agreed for the destination and contract.
Plan the handover before shipment. Identify who supplies utilities, performs installation, approves quality testing and maintains the equipment. Good service starts with clear responsibility and continues through documented support and spare-parts arrangements.
WHY YOU CAN TRUST US
